Each Doll has a 5 min grace period after 10 mins its a $10 late fee applied. After 15 mins your appointment is canceled
A NON-refundable deposit of $20 is due time of booking. Wax appts are to be paid in full.
Arrive check in to appoimtmemt Via phone confirmation text.
All cancelations and rescheduling needs to be done 48 hours prior to appointment
You are allowed to reschedule with your deposit only ONE TIME.
If you fail to cancel you will be charged for half of service and banned for future bookings.
